This is program is intended for migrant students working with our Migrant Program. Migrant incoming Kinder students will participate in a 3 week Summer Transitional Kinder Program from 8-12:30pm M-Th. Migrant children will have the opportunity to learn and expand their English language and vocabulary development. During this program, students/parents will also receive worksheets to increase social-emotional well-being and learn strategies that support early learning at home. Sanger USD Summer teacher will provide a hands-on, English Language Arts, theme-based curriculum with an emphasis on language acquisition for all incoming Kinder students enrolled in the Summer Transitional Kinder Program.
